Terms and conditions

1. Site owner

The MerCaps website is operated by MerCaps, selling Nespresso®-compatible coffee capsules online.

2. Purpose

These terms govern purchases through the Store. By placing an order, the Customer fully accepts these terms.

3. Products and prices

• Prices include VAT at the standard rate in Spain (21%) unless otherwise stated.
• Images and descriptions are indicative.
• Nespresso® is a registered trademark of its owner.

4. Purchase and payment

The Customer completes checkout and confirms the order. Payments are processed via Redsys/Stripe or other enabled methods.

The contract is formed when payment is accepted.

5. Shipping

We ship to mainland Spain and areas shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without giving reasons.

• Product unused, in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs borne by the Customer unless defective or seller error.
• Refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

7. Warranties

Products include the legal conformity warranty of 3 years for consumers under Spanish law.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Competent courts shall be those of the consumer's residence where applicable.
